Build an excel time sheet with some database function using VBA.

I need my time sheet's information transferred to Sheet2 (database).
Arranged in columns or a table.
Ill need 3 buttons on sheet1 button one will create and columns or tables with time sheet information.
Button 2 will update active time sheet to Corresponding table or columns.
Button 3 will clear employee name, id, job title, date,
store # and all hours worked
