Build me an excel sheet for our company's incoming and outcoming

I am running a company in which i have to give money to my employees( i treat them as friends). But I give different money to different people( depending on their caliber). If anybody can make a excel sheet, where I can understand, how much to pay to whom. And also a sheet, that how much I have received from different clients
