Build a excel sheet to create an xml from user input data

Create a excel file to make xml files( i will provide the xml example and the excel that creates xml) but with new information and in only 1 sheet. you will be able to see the code in the excel file.
i just need more columns to be added to the excel in order to create the xml correctly.
attached you will find the 1_product.xml (this xml represent only 1 product with variants, the variants are the size of the product).
also you will find : workbook to understand the sintaxys and the xml output
and a catalog.xls to understand the comments in the 1_product.xml
the rest of the xml must remain the same, we must only write the information that is marked with a comment
