Build excel reports with EPPLUS in .NET Web API Project

I am looking for a freelancer who can build excel reports with EPPLUS in .NET Web API project. The .NET project consists of a React front end and a .NET Web API backend. In the front end there's a section for "reports" where the user selects the type of report and clicks a button. This should build an excel report (based on 8 or so excel layouts I will provide) and make it downloadable for the user.

Specific Data:
- The excel reports will include financial data.

Layout or Format:
- I have an exact layout for the reports.

Automatic Generation:
- The reports do not need to be automatically generated at specific intervals.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with EPPLUS in .NET Web API
