Build an excel macro

We have a consistent raw data set (from a third party), that we'd like to have an excel macro run to sort and display the data. To date we have done this process manually, but would be curios if a macro could be built to speed it up.

The attached, is the raw data (2 tabs on right) and sorted data (Turbines).
