Build excel formulas
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I need a formula to calculate points for an athletics season. The spreadsheet is attached-
1) 'Representative Points' tab- The 'Points' column (B) should tally the cumalative points between columns D-EF
2) The place for each athelete will be entered into each event column (Hurdles, Walk, 70m, 100m, 200m, 400m, 700m, 800m, 1500m, 3000m, LJ, HJ, TJ, SP, Discus & Jav. So if an atheletes finished 1st in an event the number 1 will be entered. If they finish 24th then the number 24 will be entered.
3) If a record is broken the number 1 will be entered in the column 'R'
4) 'Points Allocation' tab- the table shows how many points will be awarded for each place and for a record. These points should be tallied in the 'Representative Points' tab- column B
5) 'Representative Points'- Column B should automatically update when entries are added in columns D-EF.
