Build a database/calendar built around my excel spreadsheet

I have an excel spreadsheet I use to create a department schedule that populates to individual department lists. I want to update and revise it.

This spreadsheet populates information for me to create a scheduling calendar for employee management, equipment ordering, dates, notes, and other information as well as calculations and generation of lists for equipment ordering.

I am including an attachment of an older version I am using currently, and a new style that I want to move too. I am still in the process of figuring out how to layout the new version.

I need someone proficient in excel with excellent communication skills. This is an evolving idea that I am continuously working on, and this new version needs some work to fully flesh out the idea's I have to make it functional.

Each tab in the spreadsheet should be formatted in such a way that it can easily be turned into a PDF for email.

The file labeled "OLD" is my current functional calendar
the file labeled "NEW" is the one I want to make
