Build database of architects
Budget: $30 – $250 NZD
We require a freelancer to build us a database of architects in New Zealand. We have selected the top 97 architectural firms and now require contact names and email addresses at these companies.
Attached is an excel spreadsheet which will be used to capture the data. This project will run in two stages;
1. The first step is to go through the companies on the "Companies Sheet" tab of the workbook, and load in the website, head office address and phone number details for each company. Once this step is completed, send the spreadsheet back to us and we will check it before proceeding further. (note - if a company has multiple branches in several locations, try and ascertain which is the head office or largest branch. If unable to determine this, just pick one branch and make a note on the spreadsheet about what you have done).
2. The second step is to find contacts at all of these companies. We need their first and last names, email addresses (these need to be checked and verified), role description and notes of where their data was obtained from.
These companies range in size from 300 staff to 10 staff, so the number of contacts you find at each company will vary. We are hoping to find at least 1500 contacts in total.
