Build 2x dashboards (calendar views) for our equipment rental company in google sheets.

I have an existing equipment booking/rental sheet currently in google sheets. But i want to link this sheet to another google sheet or page to display what out on hire (rented out) in a calendar view (dashboard).
Id like 2x dashboards made in Google sheets. Dashboard #1 is for 'Portable Toilets', and dashboard #2 is for 'Access Equipment'. We do rent out other equipment, but these are the two main dashboards i need displayed.

Dashboard #1:
Needs to display all the rental bookings that include any 'Portable Toilets'. We can identify what is a portable toilet by its asset number (refer to excel sheet attached for list of toilet asset numbers).

Dashboard #2:
Needs to display all the rental bookings that include any 'Access Equipment'. We can identify what is 'Access Equipment' by its asset number (refer to excel sheet attached for list of Access Equipment asset numbers).

I have attached 2x examples of out current dashboards. But id like new boards built (as per above) to link (live data transfer) to main equipment booking sheet.

Please make the 2x new dashboards also in google sheets.

Three attachments in total:
- Example Portable Toilet Dashboard.
- Example Access Equipment Dashboard

My whole aim of this project is to stop the need for double entry of data. Once the data has been added to the Equipment Booking Sheet, then it all just automatically updates onto the other dashboards.
This will require an expert with good excel and google sheet skills.
