Build me an automatic timesheet vba on Windows

I want to have a recorder which tracks the below activities in my laptop and output to a single Excel sheet or a Google Spreadsheet everyday. I want to decrease the task to input the timesheet manually everyday.
How long I spent on which website(google chrome)
How long I spent to edit which Word/excel file
How long I spent on other apps on laptop(Zoom, Slack, Whatsapp, etc)
