Build me an automated excel sheet
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am trying to automate things for my IVF lab. Please read the file and my requirements accordingly. 1. Patient database- independent database that is able to generate unique patient code for patient- two different sets of patient codes= donor/ normal registry. able to add new, edit, delete from data entry form
2. IVF cycle database- independent database that is able to generate case no- able to add new, edit, delete from data entry form - able to generate CY no. to the embryos/ oocytes that are going to be frozen + pregnancy outcome
3. Location (Tank) - a sheet that is able to show their location, and check which location is available. A separate sheet showing their CY no. and freezing date and storage period.
4. Freezing and thawing- able to retrieve correct number of straws and reduce them accrodingly when they are thawed. Cleared up the storage place when all has been thawed.
5. Generate reports (approximately 10 sets of report)
