We are looking for an experienced freelancer to help us design and implement a complete workflow for a testing process. Our requirements are as follows:
Project Overview:
Create Fillable PDF:
Develop a secure, password-protected fillable PDF form.
Include text fields, checkboxes, and radio buttons for answers.
Enable users to save and submit their responses.
This fillable pdf is a test, with around 100 Questions - Fields, MCQ, Drop down menu etc...
Automate Data Collection:
Collect completed PDFs via email or a shared cloud location (e.g., OneDrive).
Extract the form data into a structured format.
Data Processing in Excel:
Transfer the extracted data into a prebuilt Excel template with predefined fields.
Automate scoring by comparing candidate responses with a list of correct answers.
Automation & Tools:
Suggest and implement the best tools
Ensure scalability and ease of use for non-technical users.
Deliverables
A secure, fillable PDF forms. (Might need few forms with minor changes in each)
A reliable workflow to extract and transfer data to Excel.
