Build me a Software and website for my business

I am looking for a full stack developer who can build me a software and web portal for a smooth operational flow in process. Currently most of our work is on excel and g-sheet. We have automated most of our manual work with VBA macros by running scripts. As of now I believe this whole thing can be collated into a software and web portal. Looking for a talented full stack developer who will help me out achieving this goal.
