We are a small waste transporting company. Most of our data is captured on Excel. Human error in the capturing and deleting of files is 1 of our issues. The chief objective will be a standard format that will be easy to use. I.E
1.Input Customers details and contact information
2. Booking collections on a standard trip-sheet in advance in order to automate the process of doing tripsheets manualy every day on excel.
3 Capture the ticket numbers for the trips completed and have it in one place to see if any tickets was missed.
4. Productivity dash board that works out the Km travelled , fuel used , services rendered and give out a basic report of km/l , Tickets per hour.To match the estimated km vs actual km. ( Will be awsome to review previous days/weeks/months in comparison of the day)
5. Ticket Numbers once put in automatically shows on the customer data history.
6. Forcast of ticket value in advance.
