Build a Selenium for Excel application scraper - DEVELOPMENT

I will provide you with a simple excel spreadsheet (Ver:Microsoft365). Then have you copy and paste some sample data into it, so that it is clear exactly where I need selenium driver to navigate and what to scrape and where it should store the data. (exact WWW address for each record is within the provided spreadsheet) The source website doesn't require login but will require to mimic an Australian VPN to access it. If required I would be happy to make myself available and provide screen share of the required steps. In the end I require you to provide a selenium solution to reproduce / automate the same process and where to store it within the spreadsheet (Name Ranges already within spreadsheet). A good freelancer will get additional work moving forward.
