Build Recruitment Candidate List

I need someone to help me build a recruitment candidate list in microsoft excel. The candidates would be Lawyers or Solicitors based in London, England. The fields I would like to see would be:-

first_name
last_name
Job Title
company_name
person_city
person_country
person_industry
skills or keywords
email
phone
Years of experience
person_linkedin_url

I would want 10,000 rows of data.
