Build a Public Cloud Cost Comparison Calculator for AWS, Azure and Google Cloud using Excel Sheet

Hi, I need a freelancer experienced in building public cloud cost calculator that compares certain inputs and generates recommended output pricing with brief as follows :
Build a Excel Sheet or Web based APP that :
- Integrates the Retail or List Price information of AWS EC2 Compute, Azure Virtual Machines and Google Compute Engine instances through API access of AWS, Azure and Google.
- As per point 1 above, only the Virtual Machines data and pricing are needed, not any other services from these public cloud providers.
- The excel sheet or app will allow users to input virtual machine resources that they would require, and output recommended public cloud instances and pricing based on AMD-processor based instances on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
- The excel sheet should also allow or accept pricing updates from AWS, Azure and Google Cloud when that happens too.
*** USER INPUT *** :
- Allows users to input resources needed into query fields like :
- quantity of vCPU,
- quantity of Memory (GB),
- Operating System (droplist selection),
- Quantity of Instances,
- Region,
- Utilization Rate,
- Pricing Strategy (Spot On Demand and Reserved Instances needed only),
OR the excel sheet will allow users the option to input a desired instance family type (eg AWS C5.8xlarge, Azure E20a_v4, or Google N2-standard-224 , amongst others etc)

- Have the app generate instance pricing recommendations for AWS EC2 Compute, Azure Virtual Machines and Google Compute Engine instances that are AMD-processor based. Please view below for information on AMD-based processor virtual machine instances on AWS, Azure and GCP :

You can use an Excel sheet for this purpose as well if it can import or integrate with the APIs needed from AWS, Azure and Google.
