Build a Power BI Call Centre Dashboard
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
BluNOVA is an Advanced Analytics and Data Science Consultancy working in the South African Telco space.
We require a flexible resource who is skilled in working with big data to create attractive and insightful dashboards using Power BI. As a team, we work fast and are adaptable to changing requirements as we learn and uncover additional information. The right resource for the job should be able to wrangle unstructured data with the help of our expert Data Engineers.
The first project we would like to put forward is the build of a consolidated Call Centre report, which will later be enhanced into a dashboard. Based on a rough design that has been put together, we would require you to communicate with the Data Engineering team to put together the required tables in Snowflake, which would then be used to feed the report. The first cut should be created in Excel and presented to the client for review. Following approval, this will then be used to build a Power BI dashboard. The final step in the process would be a client onboarding and orientation session to ensure they are able to comfortably use the dashboard before final sign off.
We look forward to hearing about any experience you have with similar projects and hope to build a long-term relationship with the right fit for our team.
