Build a Power App to replace a spreadsheet

I run a volunteer led not for profit club for children. I use a spreadsheet to track my club's members. I track progress, attendance and also which sub-group they are in. In addition I have reports will tell me age vs. experience, awards gained etc. I currently don't do this, but I would like to be able to schedule weekly activities, assign these activities to progress towards awards and communicate the activities via email.
