Build a Grassroots Marketing List in Excel

I am looking for someone to create a grassroots marketing list for a 5 miles radius around a given location that lists and is sorted by the following industries.
Public Schools
City Services
First Responders (Fire, Police)
Hospitals
Doctors/Dental Offices
Large employers
I have attached an example of something I have had created before.
