Build Financial Model in Excel

I need someone to lead the building of a financial model that is a spreadsheet in likely Excel that will forecast the financial performance of our new business into the future. This would include assumptions being put together about the future, and would output an income statement, balance, sheet, and cash flow statement.

Please provide samples of work already completed so that I can review along with time that you are available to complete this project in.
