Build an Excel tool (using Power Query) to get data from a web API -- 2

I'm looking for some help in building an Excel based tool which will pull some data from a public, non-authenticated API through Power Query.
The API in question returns data in JSON, and there are a number of parameters which I wish to pass to it that will come from a table within Excel. Further, I want to be able to iteratively run queries on the API as there may be permutations of the parameters.
Where this iterative process is undertaken, I would like the option of combining all of the data into a single table, or having it separated based on the number of iterations.
