I have E5 in Red (Figure 1) I need to get the closest and greater value from col B, in condition...
Any value in col A comes after (bottom to top) should be less than the value we going to get from B
This means e.g. if value would be 56, then all the values, in red block (Figure 2), should be less than 56.
If not, we need to look again till we find the right number.
