Build Excel Spreadsheet Formula Calculations

I would like to create an expel spreadsheet that can calculate employee tip sharing. Each employee gets a certain percentage of tips. The tip share is outlined below. Each employee starts with the tip share outlined below but if they have disciplinary action they will lose tips. We want to track this with a point system. When employee lose points they will loose some of there tips.

Tinter 1 25%
Tinter 2 25%
Tinter 3 25%
Shop Assistant 1 2.5%
Shop Assistant 2 2.5%
Sales 1 10%
Sales 2 10%
This is how we would like the point system to work
3 Employees called Tinter receive 75% of tips to be divided evenly. Each tinter receives 25% share of tips. All tinters are on a point system. They each start with 12 points. 12 points is equal to 25%. We should be able to reduce points and the tinters 25% share should be reduced also. For example if a tinter has 12 points they would receive 25% of tips. If a tinter has 0 points they would receive 0% of tips.
2 Employees called Shop Assistance receive 5% of tips to be divided evenly. Each shop assistance receives 2.5% share of tips. All shop assistance are on a point system. They each start with 12 points. 12 points is equal to 2.5%. We should be able to reduce points and the shop assistance 2.5% share should be reduced also. For example if a shop has 12 points they would receive 2.5% of tips. If a shop assistant has 0 points they would receive 0% of tips.
2 Employees called Sales receive 20% of tips to be divided evenly. Each sales receives 10% share of tips. All sales are on a point system. They each start with 12 points. 12 points is equal to 10%. We should be able to reduce points and the sales 10% share should be reduced also. For example if a sale has 12 points they would receive 10% of tips. If a sales has 0 points they would receive 0% of tips.
I have created a sample spreadsheet . We just want to be able to enter the total amount of tips collected and adjust points if necessary. The spreadsheet should do all calculations.
