Build Data Model; Automate Proforma Invoice, Invoice and Packing Lists

We have manual excel formats for Proforma Invoice, Invoice and Packing List. We would like to automate the same to reduce errors. Below are the To Dos for your project:
1. Create a customer database with fields as columns e.g. Name, address, phone number etc. (Field list will be provided by us)
2. Develop Proforma Invoice format
a. Select customer name from drop down
b. Automatically populate other header fields e.g. Customer address, GST number etc. as per current format
c. Give option to add a row and add details needed for PI
d. Sum all rows to arrive at total value
3. Give click button to convert Proforma Invoice to Tax Invoice and Packing list as per format
