Build Email Automation using Microsoft Access & Excel

I am looking for someone that has a background in VBA. I am wanting to automate selected individual to receive emails without knowing to whom it was sent to, and to appear that the message was custom and not templated.
I am also looking for someone to be able to send email notifications to a team member when a status has changed to complete on Excel. I already have the foundations but I am needing completeness.
