Build a Database for face exercises
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Looking for someone to create a photo database on Excel.
This database is to categorise face exercises and subsequently be used to search for any combination of these exercises using keywords to help plan for a routine. The database would also include photos and text descriptions of each exercise.
The database would need:
A Form (input page) - this would be to key in all the information about the exercises
A Report page (using a Report Input Form) - this would be used to search for exercises
A Printable page - this will be used to print a face exercise planner
The Form would include entries such as
a. Name of Exercise
b. Area of Face
c. Steps on how to do the exercise
d. Additional Keywords
e. How it works
f. Major muscles worked on
g. Problem area
h. Additional Tip
Links
It would also include a photo and the possibility of adding more photos.
The Report would request for key words to search for such as :
a. Name of Exercise
b. Area of Face
c. Steps on how to do the exercise
d. Additional Keywords
e. How it works
f. Major muscles worked on
g. Problem area
h. Additional Tip
The search should reveal all the information an exercise has and I would be able to print this. I would also be able to select the ones I want including choosing 1 photo or more per exercise.
This selection would then be formatted automatically into a Print page which would include this information:
1 photo (fixed size)
Name of exercise
Area of Face
Steps on how to do the exercise
An example of a Print Page is attached. We would like to be able to fit in about 6-10 exercises per page. They should be one under the other.
