Build a Database

I have 90 spreedbooks each incorporating 23 sheets on project progress information across each month. I need the data to be cleansed, standardized and converted into a single database so that I can track progress of each element of project across the last 90 months. I have uploaded one sample spreedbook , there will be 90 of these... each slightly different
