Buid a power BI HR demographical dashboard from excel master data of 1500 employees

I am looking for a skilled professional to develop a demographical dashboard in Power BI based on an Excel sheet master data of approximately 1500 employees. The dashboard must include the following filters: department, Job Level, Location Group, Location, Job title, Line Manager Name, Employee Name, Employment Type, Grade, Employee ID, Tenure Range, Age Range, Nationality, and Gender.

In addition, the dashboard must include the following charts:

Total Headcount (in numbers only)
Count of Joiners (2023 vs. 2022) in comparable bar charts stating YTD, Male and Female in figures beside the charts
Count of Leavers (2023 vs. 2022) in comparable bar charts stating YTD, Male and Female in figures beside the charts
Bar Charts for (Grades)
Bar Charts for (Job Levels)
Pie Chart for (Employment Type)
Pie Chart for (Nationality)
Pie Chart for (Gender)
Side Bar Chart for (Line Manager)
Side Bar Chart for (Departments)
Side Bar Chart for (Job Level)
Donut Pie Chart for (Location Group)
Side Bar Chart for (Locations)
Side Bar Chart for (Nationalities)
Side Bar Chart for (Tenure Range) + Average Tenure in years in number

Please note that the master data needs to be cleansed and the entire dashboard needs to be branded according to our company's color scheme.
