Budget Tracker Spreadsheet Formula Help

I have created a budget tracker in Google Sheets and am having trouble with my formulas. Specifically the SUMPRODUCT and the TEXTJOIN formulas. I'm not sure if these are the correct ways of doing it, but I want to visually see a running balance next to dates for my expenses / income. I need to add my expense / income listed in a seperate sheet (that can be added ad hoc) which have a start date, end date and a reoccurrence value (Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly).
