Budget Excel for Finished Products

I need an Excel sheet that lists all our finished products as materials. This sheet should allow us to select items via a dropdown menu to add to our budget. The Excel should calculate our total budget based on the selected items, and then transfer this total to our main Excel sheet which contains our full business overhead pricing.
