Broadcast Playlist Google Sheet Expert

I need a Google Sheets expert to help design a table template for my broadcast playlists.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets
- Experience in template design
- Understanding of music track data handling
The table template will primarily handle music tracks for each program broadcasted on radio and tv.
Each song has to include related details (artist, title, authors etc.) as well as date/time, duration and other info.
The table must follow some rules, for example:
Clicking to the date you have to show a calendar.
Duration can't be over X seconds and has to appear some alert.
Rules must be discussed.
