Brewery & Tattoo Parlour Email Compilation

I'm looking for a freelancer to compile an Excel spreadsheet containing the contact details of all breweries and tattoo parlours across Australia. The project involves:
- Collecting data for approximately 700 breweries and a similar number of tattoo parlours / 2 seperate spreadsheets
- Separating these entries by different states.
- Including the name, email address, phone number, and website URL for each business.
The primary purpose of this spreadsheet will be for email marketing, so it's crucial that the email addresses are up-to-date and accurate.
Ideal skills for this project include:
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with data collection and market research.
- Attention to detail to ensure all information is correctly recorded.
I would prefer the final deliverable to be in an Excel file.
