Description:
We are seeking a skilled Excel automation specialist to help convert raw .CSV exports from SafetyCulture (iAuditor) into structured, easy-to-read, and branded Excel reports. This includes applying consistent formatting, summarising inspection data, and generating printable outputs for clients.
Project Overview:
Input: CSV/XLS files exported from SafetyCulture
Output: Auto-formatted Excel templates that:
Auto-fill key fields (e.g. Site, Inspector, Findings, Risk Ratings)
Apply consistent styling and conditional formatting
Auto-generate printable reports for sharing with clients
Optional: Integration with Power Query, Macros, or formulas for ease of repeated use
Requirements:
Proven experience with Excel (advanced formatting, formulas, Power Query, or VBA/macros)
Strong understanding of data transformation and automation from raw exports
Ability to interpret inspection data structures (SafetyCulture experience is a major plus)
Good communication and ability to iterate quickly based on feedback
Bonus: Experience with APIs or automation tools like Power Automate or Zapier
Deliverables:
Excel report templates that map directly to our SafetyCulture exports
Instructions or logic notes for future use
