Book keeping : formulation and data entry for a P&L spreadsheet (excel)

I am looking for someone who can review the current spreadsheet we have for Bookkeeping, optimise it and thereafter help with data entry to complete Management P&L accounts for years 2020-2021, 2021-2022 and 2022-2023. I will share the current rudimentary spreadsheet that we currently have - however, it would need to be sanity checked to ensure that the formulas are correct.
