An Excel/report spreadsheet which tracks the bonus attainment.
There are 4 targets to achieve. Each target has bonus scale of 0-30% . The 4 targets are weighted differently if achieved in the month.

1. Calculate the bonus % achieved each month on based on the target scale
2. Calculate Overall target achieved based on the weighted average of each target
