A Blank excel spreadsheet template

I need someone to create a blank excel spreadsheet template. The data that will be entered into the spreadsheet is for project management. It will not need to perform any specific calculations or functions, it will just be used for data entry. The spreadsheet will need to have more than 7 tabs or sections. The spreadsheet should be designed with a user-friendly format and contain helpful examples. I look forward to seeing what you can come up with!
