Bills of Lading Macro Automation

I need an Excel automation to process a list of Bills of Lading for freight in containers.

Requirements:
- Total pieces without alcohol listed with the Bill of Lading (one time)
- Total pieces
- If any shipment in a container has alcohol, add "Partial" in the third column
- Ignore containers where all shipments contain alcohol
- Use the completed three-column list to create a cover sheet (info will be provided)

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience with creating and running macros
- Ability to design or modify cover sheets in Excel
