Bid Sheet Simplified
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm a Commercial Cleaning Company looking for a freelancer to create a simplified bid sheet for my business.
Main Features:
- The bid sheet should include a cost breakdown, presented in an intermediate grouping of costs. This means not just a basic summary, but not needing to go down to the level of a detailed itemized list either.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience working in or with the commercial cleaning industry would be a plus.
- Expertise in cost analysis and breakdown.
- Proficient in creating clear and understandable bid sheets.
I have attached the bid sheet we are currently using.
We are looking for the following:
Easier to make changes - with changes, we would like the general labor cost to be the only thing that fluctuates.
Don't want annual cost per SF and management fees to change if possible, or as little as possible
Project Size: change to "full building"
new line for "Current/occupied" SF (we quote on cleanable SF right now
Fixed number for burden/low 11.615%
