Best-Worst Scaling Data Analysis

I have created a best-worst scaling survey and have the results but I cannot figure out how to analyze the data. I need assistance with R or any other statistical software to produce some kind of results aside from count analysis. I am using Case 1 (object case) method and I used a BIBD to create the design. I had 82 responses to the survey. I used Qualtrics for the survey and my current response results are in Excel.
