Batch generate receipts given data from a spreadsheet
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Steps:
1) Extract relevant data from line item in a excel spreadsheet
2) populate into a receipt template (i.e. company name, date, amount) and output a pdf file with a given naming convention
3) Upload said pdf file into google drive and copy link back into the line item
4) Repeat for all line items
This a fixed fee project (USD100), there will be about 7000+ receipts to be generated hence a batch processing script would probably need to be written. You may use whatever underlying software to generate pdf of the receipts to be attached into google drive, but it must follow a given format.
