Basic Database with possible sms option -- 2

We are building a very simple sign up data base, (optional)Sms system and point tracking software. We would like our players to be able to sign up and track their points. The optional sms texting system will tie into twilio if it can be made. We want to be able to message all players in the database at once. We would like to use google sheets as the base for tables if possible. If it is made in google sheets we can create our own macros as needed.
