Basic Data Entry Form

Hey I want a basic entry form in MS Excel VBA , Where users can submit information and data will be saved in database.

Also users will have option to view and edit information.


There will be 5 level of access

1) a user who can only view the saved data

2) View and edit data but limited fields( 2 level)

3) Who can edit All data

4) Who can edit/ delete data as well

5) Master Access
