Create chart of accounts, simple transaction record with drop downs and 1 dynamic field (Auto populated account number based on type of expenditure as listed on the CoA) cell; annual, quarterly, monthly simple profit and loss reports with category summaries. I have attached 2 pdf files that might help with understanding my modest needs. Thanks
