BUILD A SOPHISTICATED INTERACTIVE EXCEL FOR LOGISTICS TO INCLUDE ACCOUNTING AND DATA VISUALISATION

So i have more than 7 trucks and i am growing.
i have attached a sample of what i use for my trucks.
i also have some trucks that belongs to investors so i need two spreadsheet developed.
one is for my entire company and one is for individuals.
i will also be talkig to the expert for changes on this project .
i need a sophisticated spreadsheet i can use from year 1 to infinity without making copies every month. i want to be able to come at the end of the day week month year and see how all are doing and.
i want to be able to have the option to factor in taxes by state or federal .
and on the side or tab or sheet i want a data visualization of all my data either by pie chat histogram etc. this tab or sheet show be able to show me how well all the trucks are doing by day week month or year . so there can be or there should be many charts on this tab or sheet.
