Automation for Portfolio Persistency Calculation

I am seeking a professional who can develop an automated Excel sheet for me. This sheet should be able to calculate the persistency of my portfolio using financial data.
Key Features:
- The sheet should solely rely on financial data in the 1st sheet (Portfolio) and be translated in the sheet 2 (Persistency)
- The results should be displayed in tabular form in sheet 2. Table already created with instructions.
- External data integration is not required as all data will be manually inputted.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Excel and its automation features.
- Strong understanding of financial calculations and portfolio management.
- Ability to develop a clear and user-friendly format for the final results.
Remarks: Pay attention to sheet 1 (Portfolio). It has 2 columns for months; both should be considered simultaneously. This will be the biggest challenge I presume.
