Automation of base files into set formats for Finance Processes [AR,AP,Billing]

We are a private limited company into car rental services pan india, and we have MIS flowing in from in house application that exports to csv/excel. requirement is to transform the excel output into meaningful sheets of data numbers and KPIs. like for egs: cash inflow, cash outflows, monthly dashboard etc.
