Automation Specialist for Excel Tracker Integration with Make.com and OpenAI

I am seeking an experienced automation specialist to set up an automated process that updates a tracker spreadsheet based on data from a weekly timesheet. The project involves the use of Microsoft Excel, Make.com (formerly Integromat), and OpenAI. The goal is to ensure that various work types recorded in the timesheet are normalized and correctly matched to the appropriate columns in the tracker spreadsheet, even when there are slight variations in terminology.

**Project Details:**
- **Source**: Weekly timesheet containing columns for Name, Plot Number, Type of Work, and Date.
- **Target**: Tracker spreadsheet with columns for different work types (e.g., 1st Fix Flat Duct, Apartment 1st Fix Plumbing, etc.).
- **Requirements**:
- Use Make.com to watch for new rows in the timesheet.
- Normalize the "Type of Work" entries using OpenAI to match the tracker spreadsheet's columns.
- Search the tracker spreadsheet for the corresponding Plot Number.
- Update the relevant column in the tracker spreadsheet with the person's name and date of work.
- Ensure that if a cell already contains a name, the update is skipped.
- Aggregate and log updates and skipped entries, and send a summary email at the end of the process.
Also if the job as specific job number like L210 I want it to skip those.

**Deliverables:**
- A fully functional automated scenario in Make.com that performs the above tasks.
- Clear documentation and instructions on how the setup works and how to maintain it.

**Skills Required:**
- Experience with Make.com (Integromat)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
