Automation Expert for Engineering Excel Tasks
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm seeking an Excel Macro specialist to automate several repetitive tasks specific to engineering.
The qualified individual needs to have:
- Proven experience in creating efficient and complex macros
- A solid grasp of engineering needs in relation to Excel functions
- An ability to work with dense datasets and create tailored reports
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Automating repetitive engineering report creation
- Streamlining data organization
This project requires both expertise in Excel and understanding of engineering principles, hence any experience in the field can be a significant bonus. High efficiency and attention to details are of prime importance.
Macro will need to be in word file and will change depending of the test - test A to J. Each report has different photos required and there is a matrix that will indicate which photos are needed for each test. All photos need to be numbered with Figure 1 to Z and labeled as SNY + photo X. Test samples quantity can be 1 to 10 and macro need to detect that. If all photos got to be uploaded properly a sucessfully message will be sent in the end.
