Automating in a web page with chatbot or other tool a Personality Test that now works only manually on Excel
Now the system I created with Excel sheets works like this:
1. I provide an Excel file with 320 personality test questions to the user, and the user answers each question by recording the answer on the Excel sheet. The 320 questions are divided into 13 character traits (20 questions per character trait). The user answers the questions by selecting an answer from a drop-down menu with 5 options. He then saves the Excel file and sends it to me.
2. I receive the Excel file with all the user's answers to the 320 questions. I copy the answer column and paste it into another Excel sheet that contains 5 other internal sheets that automatically perform the necessary calculations to release the Test result.
3. The second Excel file is already set up to automatically perform the following operations in its 5 internal spreadsheets and currently this automation works well:
o Assigns a score to each answer according to what is provided in the excel file that divides each group of questions (20 questions) into 3 character variables (micro characteristics) regarding the same character characteristic (there are 13 macro characteristics in all)
o Divides the scores into groups of 20 questions (13 personality characteristics in all in 320 questions) according to the corresponding character trait
o Selects a comment on the degree of trait from 3 options (Unpleasant, Moderately Pleasant, Very Pleasant), with recommendations for improving one's character.
o Generates 2 graphs based on the user's results.
o Selects suggestions on how to take advantage of the user's character strengths.
o Selects an explanation of the 13 character notes in general, valid for all human beings, explaining them individually.
o Select the occupational field in which the user's character traits can best be employed.
o Finally, the excel sheet containing the 5 sheets that perform these calculations, combines all the data and releases the results of the Personality Test to the user.
o Next I hand-save it in .pdf format and merge it with an ebook that talks about human characters in a general sense.
o I hand send the user the .pdf joining the Character Test to the 'ebbok, all in one Pdf file.
Eventually, the user receives a .pdf or ebook consisting of:
1. First part: the result of the personalized test based on the 320 questions he answered.
2. Second part: a book on character discipline in general.
Currently, this process is half automated and half manual and cannot be enjoyed in a web page or chat but the user must proceed to give the answers in an Excel spreadsheet that I send to him and then copy and paste into the other Excel spreadsheet that contains 5 other spreadsheets within it.
Final project goal. What I want it to accomplish:
1. I want before starting the test the user to pay for the service (paypal and Stripe) through a login form on the page where they will take the test.
2. I want this whole process to be automated.
3. I want the user to perform it in an Ai (artificial intelligence) chatbot or in a form embedded in a web page. One solution is as good as the other as long as the automation works perfectly.
4. I want the user to automatically receive the email with the .pdf in his box after the Test.
